Here’s what we do in our carpet cleaning process:
First, we inspect your carpet to learn about the history, problem areas, pet issues, or other problems. And then we educate you on how to best keep your carpet looking GREAT for the longest time possible.
Second, we pre-treat the carpet with an environmentally friendly cleaning agent.
Third, we rinse your carpet with 240 degree water and extract the carpet with our truck mounted or portable steam cleaning machine.
Fourth, we perform EXTRA dry strokes to assure your carpet is left as dry as possible. This greatly reduces the possibility of spots returning.
Last, if ordered, we apply a fabric protector to the carpet.
